These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pulse Analytics (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to collect data unlawfully or without required consent.
Track sensitive personal data (health, financial, government identifiers) via our tracker.
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the Service.
Resell the Service without written permission.
Use the Service to harass, defraud or infringe the rights of others.

3. Subscriptions

The Service is offered on a subscription basis (Free and paid plans). Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. Failed payments may result in downgrade or suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design and content (excluding your data), is owned by Pulse Analytics and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the analytics data you collect through the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Analytics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pulse Analytics is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
